Clinic Descriptions

MIGHTY MIGHTS: (Ages 3-5) Designed to introduce children to tennis, help them with tracking, eye-hand coordination and balance. Emphasis is on fun and success! Plenty of tennis toys and games add to the excitement! Two formats are offered for you to choose from: 1/2 hour lessons or 1 hour lessons.

BIG SHOTS: (Ages 6-11)

Level 1: Class will provide a good foundation while emphasizing proper stroke mechanics and basic footwork. "FUN"-n-"GAMES" are the magic words!

Level 2: This student has mastered Level 1. Emphasis on rallying, and serving from the baseline. Learning to play "REAL" tennis. The goal is to start playing on a consistent basis.

Level 3: This student has mastered Level 2. Excellent knowledge of the game. Emphasis on footwork, strategy, consistency and full-court match play. Students are eligible for MATCH PLAY "C."

TEEN TENNIS: Designed to introduce young people to the great sport of tennis and to give them the skills necessary to enjoy this "life long" sport. Emphasis on proper stroke technique, serving, and scoring.

JUNIOR CHALLENGERS: This class is designed for intermediate and high school level players. Our focus is learning the tools necessary to get the player to a more advanced level including spins, footwork, strategies and tactics. Students are eligible for MATCH PLAY "B."

JUNIOR MASTERS: This class is designed for players who are developing competitive skills required to excel in tournament play or high school competition. These players have begun to master power and spin, and a very aggressive and consistent match play. Students are eligible for High Performance Coaching.

HIGH PERFORMANCE COACHING: H.P.C. is for highly motivated juniors participating in local, state, and regional tournaments. Space is limited to players pre-qualified by the TENNIS 5.0 staff of professionals. H.P.C. is a custom designed training regiment that included physical conditioning, match play, mental training, private lessons, and Dartfish Video Analysis. CALL BRIAN SIVINSKI to enroll! ADULT BEGINNERS: Class designed for players starting out or with limited playing experience. Emphasis on stroke production and strategy basics.

ADULT INTERMEDIATES: Class designed for well rounded players looking to become more aggressive, mentally tough, and masters of spin on ground strokes and serve.
